City Pionner Dutch Style Electric Bike Ultra lightweight alloy frame
Poweredbicycles all new 2010, 3rd edition, range of electric bicycles are beautifully made employing a host of sophisticated and well proven engineering technologies. The City Pioneer with Aluminum frame and Lithium batteries to keep bicycle weight well below 25Kgs and maximum performance.
Furthermore, each bicycle is fitted 3 Different level of assist which can be controlled on the Display on the Handle Bar, with the latest High Torque HE/HT 250 Watt Geared brushless motors which eliminate maintenance and maximise electrical efficiency and so bicycle range. A glance at each of the bicycle's technical specification reveals further evidence that a great deal of careful thought and experience has been put into designing the Poweredbicycles range around the European riders; as an example, extensive use of Aluminium Alloy 6061 makes them all well suited to our wetter climate.
Ultimately, however, what demonstrates most clearly the quality of these designs is the bicycles themselves. Each one, from the City Pioneer through the Freesprit and Folding Series, are both aesthetically pleasing and typically British making them a pleasure to ride and be seen riding.

	I first saw the bicycle at Milton Keynes outdoor show. A test ride was made by my wife, who then said she would like one, actually we bought two, the delivery was very quick. The pleasure of riding a bicycle, but not having to pedal hard to get moving is very good in power assisted mode, and if your lazy, power only, is even better.Hamant the shop owner treats you as a very old friend. I would recommend one of these bikes to anyone, Its cycling but not hard work.

	Went down to Nottingham from Chesterfield to get my bike. Fantastic service with free delivery. Now cycle to work and love my bike. Getting fitter daily but not arriving at work completely exhausted.Highly recommended. Hubby wants one now!!

City Thunder Ultra lightweight Torque Measurement Method ( TMM ) New 2010 Model )

	Had a try out of the City Thunder it was very lively,plenty of power and looks great. The CT is well geared and in my opinion was easier to ride without power than the Ezee Torq I have an ET great bike but getting parts are a problem battery lasts about 18 months. I have had the ET about three years I do about 1500 miles a year coming to the end of the second battery life now quoted at £395 to replace. Expensive

	Fantastic bike, runs like a dream. Just what I needed to get me up those hills. Staff are absolutely fantastic, couldn`t do enough for me. I travelled from Manchester to get mine because as far as I can see this is the best electric bike shop in the country. Thank you for making life a lot easier, and cheaper!

I bought a City Pioneer earlier this year and took it to France for 4 weeks in

the motorhome. It was GREAT!! For the first time since we started touring in

the motorhome (about 4 years) I can face the hills without any problems.

Best thing I`ve bought for a long time. Thank you

hi my name is michelle, also known as shelly by my friends and work colleagues, i live in stapleford and use to work in nottingham and cycled there on my bicycle until i changed my job and now work in derby, i found that cycling to derby took me longer as there was alot of long hills, so i decided to check out the internet about powered bikes, i came across a site called powered bicycles and wanted to shop close to home, so i found the address which was in longeaton, i popped into the shop one saturday and was met by mr hamant whom was very professional in what peoples needs are, i told him that i wanted a bicycle for work purposes and that i needed a bike to get me to work in less time than my normal bike took me, he shown me this one paticular bike which i had my eye on, because i loved the style, as i had all my bike gear on (helmet etc) mr hamant said that he trusted me to take to the road on one of his bikes, it was so amazing i wanted to purchase it there and then, the power of the bike was so amazing it took me by surprise, its the best thing ive ever purchased, it just takes me 40 minutes to get to work where as my normal bike took me over an hour, and one windy days i still cycle on my powered bike and still takes me 40 minutes, without my powerbike i would also catch the bus and that costs alot of money, i save £24 every 6 weeks so in just over a year i would have paid for my powered bike, aslo when i get to work im full of energy for my long day at work, its no sweat at all to get my powered bike and cycle to work, ive had only one problem with my bike which was the seat, i had to take it on and off to charge up my battery, and so i had problem tightening up the seat, so i took it back to the shop and mr hamant sorted
it out with another seat without any fuss, now i have a perfect powered bicycle with no problems at all, all i have to do to take my battery out is tilt my seat forward without taking it off, its amazing and i love it so much, i would reccomend anyone who as to travel to work as far as i do to think what they could save by getting a powered bike, they are amazing, take care all, always stay bright at night on your bike

This is the best thing since sliced bread!!
I am suffering from bone cancer but can now get around.
poweredbicycles could not have provided a better deal and good service for the bike.and even let me have on one day approval before parting with cash and fitted all extra accessories in with the price!!
