All the Powered Bicycles own brand electric bike models are designed based on present European and UK standards. Most of the pedelec bikes have been tested and CE certified by TÜV/Rhineland according to present European standards.
Our electrical bikes are made from quality materials, such as the alloy aluminium frame and the Li-ion battery, together with high class bicycle components such Shimano, RST, CST to make an bicycle that is light in weight. Most models have a gross weight between 17kg and 28kg including the battery. It ensures great convenience to riders – as it is easy to ride and carry. The rider will enjoy excellent performance with this electric bike. We have more than 10 years" experience in manufacturing quality bicycles for the European market with our Chinese partners, which ensure our electric bicycles are made with high reliability as well as excellent performance, in conformity with the present European standard EN 15194 for EPAC on all e-bikes parts.

Our excellent Research & Development team is at the forefront of current world design trends which supplemented with our own unique creativity results in a high class electric bike with an eye-catching look. To make our electric bike super comfortable they feature ergonomically designed bicycle components, such as a super soft saddle, super soft grips with a shape to comfortably fit the hand grip, all contributing to the unique riding experience. The super fine workmanship of our highly trained workers ensures our electric bikes have excellence in every detail.

§ Battery Protection to protect the Li-ion battery, this system is programmed to be automatically switched off when the battery energy is in lower storage to some extent, to avoid battery to be damaged resulted from excessively discharging, to ensure a prolonged battery life
§ in 5 minutes after switching on, this controller will instruct the battery "go to sleep", which function will greatly save the electricity consumption, when you forget to turn off the battery after riding. In the meantime, the battery will also be greatly protected from damage due to excessive discharging. However, the battery will wake up immediately, when you simply press "ON/OFF" button on the handlebar operation panel/display.
§ Water-proof and reinforced controller circuit board
A special kind of Japan-tech environment-friendly liquid resin have been poured among the circuit board and solidified, which makes the controller keep working in high reliability when this bike is going on all kinds of road conditions. The special solidified water-proof resin will also effectively protect the circuit board from short-circuit although raining water goes inside.
HIGH QUALITY BATTERY APPLIED
We have different way to install battery pack to the electric bikes, such as battery pack under carrier platform, battery pack behind seat tube of the frame, battery pack inside a carrier bag and etc. Our customers can apply the solution they like. Wherever the battery is installed, the Forerunner battery pack is designed for riders easy to take off and push in. You can charge the battery at great convenience. For all of the electric bikes in "Electric Golden Line" and most items of "Electric Classic Line", we apply high quality Li-ion battery, which is smaller in volume and light in weight, as well as the following features:

5. better coordinated with high speed brushless motor with starry gears, which make the battery life prolonged and running distance per full charge also have been greatly improved
In order to make most economical electric bikes to widely introduce electric bikes, we have also applied Lead-acid battery and you can find them in our "POWEREDBICYCLES Line". These kind of electric bikes are manufactured also in high quality, trendy design and excellent performance.

OPTIONAL FUNCTIONS DEVEyLOPED
Besides the above stated regular functions we are also able to develop other functions according to buyer's specific demands, such as a mode with starting at 6km/h fully driven by motor. Under this riding mode, you can start this bike full driven at 6km/h and when the bike are slowly moving, you can pedal immediately and then, the pedelec function is engaged as usual. This optional function is especially suitable for aged people or a person who is not so convenient to start pedalling.
For some of non-EU market, we can apply throttle to our electric bikes and then rider can drive this e-bikes as an electric scooter or motorcycle, at max speed: 32km/h
BATTERY PACKS
The electric/pedelec bikes in this line will keep the same wheels centre distance as regular bicycles. Their battery packs have been equipped in ingenious methods, such as under the rear carrier, inside a rear box or a carrier bag. Poweredbicycles provide buyers with different solutions for their selection.
