| POWEREDBICYCLES DEVELOPMENT All of POWEREDBICYCLES electric bike models are designed based on present European/US standard. Most of the pedelec bikes have been tested and CE certified by TÜV/Rheinland according to present European Standard. We have applied quality and light materials to most of our electric bikes, such as alloy aluminum frame works and Li-ion battery, together with high classes bicycle components, to make an electric bike light in weight. For most of the models, the weight is less than 28kg including battery. It ensures great convenience to riders – easy to ride and carry. In the mean while, riders will enjoy excellent performance, with this electric bike. | OVERALL STRUCTURE AND DESIGN For all of our electric bike models, our excellent R & D team applied the world design trends, combined with our own unique creativity, to make an electric bike in high classes with an eye-catching looking. | HIGH QUALITY BATTERY APPLIED We have different way to install battery pack to the electric bikes, such as battery pack under carrier platform, battery pack behind seat tube of the frame, battery pack inside a carrier bag and etc. Our customers can apply the solution they like. Wherever the battery is installed, the Forerunner battery pack is designed for riders easy to take off and push in. You can charge the battery at great convenience. For all of the electric bikes in "Electric Golden Line" and most items of "Electric Classic Line", we apply high quality Li-ion battery, which is smaller in volume and light in weight, as well as the following features:

| OPTIONAL FUNCTIONS DEVELOPED Besides the above stated regular functions we are also able to develop other functions according to buyer's special demand. For example a mode with starting at 6km/h fully driven by motor. Under this riding mode, you can start this bike full driven at 6km/h and when the bike are slowly moving, you can pedal immediately and then, the pedelec function is engaged as usual. This optional function is especially suitable for aged people or people who is not so convenient to start pedaling. For some of non-EU market, we can apply throttle to our electric bikes and then rider can drive this e-bikes as an electric scooter or motorcycle, at max speed: 32km/h |
|  BATTERY PACKSThe electric/pedelec bikes in this line will keep the same wheels center distance as regular bicycles. Their battery packs have been equipped in ingenious methods, such as under the rear carrier, inside a rear box or a carrier bag. TXED provide buyers with different solutions for their selection. |

LED panel is our standard operation one which is applied to most of our regular e-bike models, with 3 assistance level setting. The above functions have brought users with great convenience. Frames Virtually all electric bicycles are made in China. This is true of Wisper bikes too - but there is a difference. Many of the cheaper electric bicycles are sourced from China, and are purchased in bulk from stocks designed for the Chinese domestic market. This means that the frames are designed to suit the average Chinese person's build - not for larger, taller Europeans, who statistically weigh considerably more that their Oriental counterparts. The Wisper range have frames that are designed here in the UK, (but built in China) to accomodate our larger bulkier bodies. Wisper bike frames are hand assembled and welded, and then placed into a jig, and re-heated. This removes all the internal stresses caused by the welding process, and gives the bikes a durable and robust construction. All of the range of Wisper Bikes have frames that are made from 6061 Alloy, which offers both light weight, and good strength |
Electric Motors
The electric motors fitted to our bicycles are not only highly efficient, but are also aesthetically pleasing - take a look at the two photographs below, and decide which bicycle you would rather be riding!
The upper photograph is of the rear wheel hub motor of the Wisper 905se. As you can see, the motor is virtually undetectable, and blends in with the lines of the bicycle. The power cable may be seen running along the top of the chainstay, and neatly entering the hub itself through the centre spindle. Now look at the drive mechanism on our competitor's machine. The motor is bolted to the side of the frame, and drives through a supplementary chain. This is not a clean and tidy design, and the location of the motor make it a target for thieves, vandals, and subject to damage should the bike be dropped, or involved in an accident.
