OUR STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE FOR QUALIFYING ELECTRIC BIKES COSTS JUST £19.99.
We are committed to offering fast, low-cost delivery where possible, and if you provide an email, you will receive tracking details to help you manage the delivery.
Standard service
Postage and packing to mainland UK is just £19.99 over GBP £999 excluding discounted bikes. Orders usually take between 2 and 10 working days to arrive depending on customisation requested and storage location. The standard delivery service is not available if you live within 50 miles of one of our stores, but we may have a local solution if needed.
If you choose to pay by card, Paypal or Duologi Finance the delivery address must be the same as your billing address.
Please note: bikes shipped to outlying UK regions are excluded from subsidised shipping, see ‘Exceptions’ below.

Collect in store
Pay a 10% deposit and collect from one of our stores and benefit from the personalized setup and eBike training. It is an opportunity to meet the knowledgable and helpful team that will look after your eBike needs from thereon.
We will contact you when your order is ready to be collected. If you have ordered a custom build, we may contact you to ensure we get the details right.
You need to bring a photographic ID, such as your driving licence or passport, and a copy of your invoice on collection. Please note: if you don’t bring a photo ID, we can’t release your order.
Exceptions
Exceptions to subsidised delivery are:
Cycle to work schemes: We usually subsidize the shipping cost of our eBikes to make it easier to order online.
However we also fund the cycle to work schemes and therefore cannot also offer subsidised shipping alongside these schemes.
The ebike shipping cost when using a cycle to work scheme is £69.99.
Courier deliveries to the non-mainland regions: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands*, Island and channel Islands Isle of Man and Isle of Wight
*Scotland we cannot go off subsidised delivery to the following Scottish postcodes which are excluded from low-cost shipping: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-99, KW0-14, PA20-40, PH15-41, PH45-99, HS1-9, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA41-80, PH42-44, ZE1-3.
The prices for these Scottish postcodes is £149.
