Selling eBikes is not our only Service

We at PoweredBicycles do not only sell eBikes, we repair eBikes irrespective of who the eBikes were originally bought from. Give us a ring on 0115 9727201 to discuss your repair issue. A clear explanation of the problem is often enough for us to proceed with the repair. We try to complete the repairs as soon as we possibly can.

We also offer a diagnosis service to diagnose more complicated issues. The findings of the diagnosis will help you to decide how to proceed.

You can bring your eBike for routine check-ups and servicing, and for minor maintenance so your bike stays in top condition.

eBike Battery Diagnosis & Repair

• First the eBike battery is tested for faults.
• Faults that don’t require replacement components are fixed as part of the diagnosis.
• When replacement components are required we will issue full costing of the parts required and seek your approval to proceed with the repair.
• If the battery or cell pack need to be replaced then your diagnosis payment is refundable against this replacement purchase.

Bosch Accredited Service Centre

We are a Bosch-accredited service centre and have all the diagnostic facilities needed to diagnose and service Bosch-powered electric bikes.

DIAGNOSE ERROR FAULT CODE – from £20

DIAGNOSTIC REPORT AND UPDATE – from £40

A diagnostic report gives full details of the bike with system and usage history. Software update is included.

DRIVE UNIT REMOVAL AND CHECK – from £50

This service Motor strip from bike, clean and degrease, re-fit and check torques. Also includes diagnostic report and software update.

STANDARD SERVICE – £79.95

Our regular standard service plus software update.

FULL SERVICE – £180

Our regular full service plus software update, diagnostic report and drive unit removal and check.
