The one-year warranty extension, in addition to the manufacturer’s 2-year warranty, allows the safety and performance of Italwin electric bicycles to be extended. This extended warranty does not include the battery.

Battery Warranty Extension

The battery warranty extension allows you to purchase a new battery at a discount, when the life cycle of the original one has come to an end.

FIVE guarantees the following discount when purchasing of a new battery of equivalent capacity applied to the price on the price list currently in force:

from 24 to 36 months 50% discount

from 37 to 48 months 30% discount

from 49 to 60 months 20% discount
